What we collect, which is very little.

1FORM Ltd operates this website. If you have a question about anything below, write to info@1form.tech and a person will answer.

This site sets no cookies

There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixel and no third-party script of any kind on this site. The typefaces and the films are served from our own domain rather than from a content network, so loading a page here does not tell anyone else that you visited. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

What we collect

• Your email address, and only if you type it into one of the two forms and submit it. Nothing else on the page collects anything.
• Standard server logs, kept by our host, which include the IP address and browser of anyone requesting a page. These are ordinary web-server records, not a profile of you.

Why we hold it, and for how long

We use your email address for one purpose: to reply to you about the thing you asked about, whether that is the founding partner programme or early access. We do not sell it, rent it, share it for anyone else's marketing, or add you to an unrelated list. We keep it until you ask us to delete it, or until it is clear the conversation has ended.

Who else handles it

• Netlify hosts this site and receives form submissions on our behalf.
• Google Workspace carries our email, so a message you send us is stored there.

Both are processors acting on our instructions. Nobody else receives your data.

This site does not collect body data

1FORM is a body-intelligence company, so it is worth being explicit: this website takes no measurements, no scans, no photographs, and no biometric information of any kind. Nothing on this page can. If and when we offer a service that does, it will be covered by its own notice and its own consent, obtained separately and in plain language, before anything is captured.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do so. If you are in the UK or EU you have these rights under the UK GDPR and the GDPR, including the right to object and the right to complain to your data protection authority. If you are in California you have equivalent rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and to delete. We do not sell personal information as that term is defined there.

One email to info@1form.tech is enough. You do not need to use any particular wording.

Changes

If this notice changes we will update the date below. If a change is significant and we hold your email address, we will tell you directly rather than rely on you noticing.
